1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BeeBid ("Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you disagree, you must cease using the Platform immediately. These terms apply to all users (sellers, buyers, and visitors).

2. Account Registration

To bid or list items, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Not impersonate others or use fraudulent payment methods.

3. Bidding and Purchases

Binding Bids: Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding offer to purchase.

Seller Obligations: Sellers must accurately describe items, honor winning bids, and ship items as promised. BeeBid is not liable for seller fraud or misrepresentation. Sellers must complete the transaction within 48 hours or face account suspension.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• List illegal, counterfeit, or hazardous items.
• Manipulate bids (e.g., shill bidding).
• Use automated tools to scrape data or disrupt services.

5. Fees and Payments

BeeBid charges a [X]% commission on successful sales. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Buyers pay via account credits.

6. Disputes and Refunds

Disputes between buyers/sellers must be resolved within 7 days. BeeBid may mediate but is not responsible for refunds. Chargebacks may result in account termination.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeeBid is not liable for:

• Lost profits or data breaches.
• Misconduct of users or third parties.
